The Opportunity:

We're looking for a true Swiss Army Knife of the trades, This team member will be a versatile, team-first player, eager to learn from seasoned pros in our Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Generator and Construction divisions. This is also an opportunity for an existing Red Seal Trade individuals who may be seeking a pathway toward their second Red Seal TQ in the area they align most with. We're one team with unlimited opportunity to grow here at Woola!

What You'll Tackle:

Work alongside Woola's team of experienced Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Generator and Construction professionals. Gain hands-on experience across multiple trades, learning how different trades overlap and support each other on real projects. Support project set-up, clean-up and material handling to keep job sites running smoothly. Shadow Red Seal technicians to learn industry best practices, safety procedures and building standards first hand. Assist with installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs under the guidance of Red Seal and senior technicians. Support day-to-day project operations, including set-up, clean-up and handling materials to keep job sites efficient and safe. Learn how to interpret basic blueprints, drawings and work orders, applying this knowledge on-site Contribute as a flexible "utility player" stepping in where the team needs you most, while building toward your own Red Seal qualification. Take part in a collaborative, team first environment where learning, adaptability and professional growth are valued every day.

What You Bring:

Experience

: Any prior hands on trade or mechanical experience and interested in ongoing technical and professional training.

Technical Knowledge

: Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, Electrical troubleshooting skills (asset), able to analyze and interpret technical literature and equipment specifications is an (asset).

Motivated:

To obtain new certifications or trade qualifications.

Problem-Solver

: Sharp diagnostic skills and quick decision-making. Pride in delivering quality workmanship and ability to independently apply established processes and procedures.

Driver's License

: Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean record.

Personal Attributes and skills:

Self motivated and team oriented with a reliable and collaborative mind set. Career focused with an interest in continuous learning and development.

Customer Skills

: Excellent communication both written and verbal. Focus being customer satisfaction.
