Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Operate farm equipment and machinery to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials- Perform equipment and machinery maintenance- Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions- Follow safety procedures- May perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery.- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Transport materials and goods to designated areas
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project deadlines and prioritize tasks accordinglyRequirements:
- Experience operating a tractor is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
