Key Responsibilities:

Operate a tractor safely and efficiently for lawn maintenance and grading. Oversee a crew of 2-5 team members on occasion and ensure work is completed to high standards. Perform mowing, trimming, weed removal, and general site maintenance. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues. Ensure safety protocols are followed, including proper PPE use and site hazard awareness. Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.

Job Requirements:

Valid "G" Driver's License with reliable transportation. Experience operating tractor equipment (or willingness to learn). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Comfortable working independently. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work long hours, including some Saturdays as needed.
