Clear Security Solutions Inc. is searching for an TQ Certified, experienced, Security Installation Technician to join our team in Kamloops, B.C.

The candidate must have at least 3 years working in the industry and will be responsible for installing and servicing security alarm and camera systems. Our industry is becoming heavily based on wired/wireless networking and experience in this field would be a great asset. The candidate is also required to pass a criminal background check and be able to obtain, or currently hold, a valid Security Worker's License.

This position involves working independently most of the time, but also able to work in a team environment for larger projects. Critical thinking, decision making, and pride in your work is essential. Work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday 8 to 4:30 and mostly in/around the Kamloops area. However, overtime, weekends when on call, and out of town is required from time to time.

Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to be a part of our team! With several large contracts, we are specifically looking for someone to take on these on a reliable and regular schedule, often working alone.

Requirements:

TQ certified Alarm system installation experience with brands such as Honeywell, with over 3 years of such experience Willing to work alone on a regular basis, and fully able to troubleshoot most issues that arise. Drivers license In the Kamloops area, or willing to commute/relocate as soon as possible. Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Team player Values and ethics

Moving allowance Negotiable

Full hours: 40 hours per week
