Are you passionate about automobiles and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking dynamic individual to join our team as Toyota Product Advisor at Valley Toyota! As a Product Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing Toyota's cutting-edge vehicles as well as a huge selection of Used Vehicles while helping customers find the perfect match for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Provide in-depth product knowledge about Toyota's latest models, features, and technologies. Conduct test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each vehicle. Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle that aligns with their budget and lifestyle. Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and finalize sales transactions. Build lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn about Toyota's product lineup. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively. Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to prospect and utilize CRM tool to generate current and future business. Understanding and desire to utilize Social Media. Strong follow-up skills and daily task organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
