Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate towing equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties

Respond promptly to towing requests and provide assistance to stranded motorists. Safely operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or damaged vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before towing to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle information and customer details. Perform basic maintenance on towing equipment and vehicles as needed. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Valid driving license required for operating tow trucks. Familiarity with automotive repair processes is beneficial. A clean CRJMC (criminal record and judicial matters check) is a must A valid Ontario Tow License is an asset but can be obtained. A clean driver's abstract is a requirement.

Pay: $688.00-$2,515.81 per week
