Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Respond promptly to calls for assistance, including breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery. Assess vehicle conditions and perform basic troubleshooting as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations. Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance.
