Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate towing equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency situations.
- Safely operate tow trucks and other towing equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safe transport.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues on-site when possible.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including details of the vehicles towed and any incidents that occur during the process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Assist in loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate techniques and equipment, including forklifts when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.

Qualifications

- Valid drivers license , class 5 with air brake endorsement, class 3 or class 1

- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
