We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities

Safely operate flat beds to transport vehicles to designated locations Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and vehicle recovery requests Inspect and maintain flat bed equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning Assist customers with vehicle loading and unloading, providing courteous service Document all towing activities accurately and report any issues or damages Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary Utilize mechanical knowledge to handle various vehicle types and situations

Requirements

Valid tow truck operator's licence with a clean driving record Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and troubleshooting Customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as needed Prior experience with automotive repair or mechanical work (preferred)
