Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. This role requires a valid commercial driver's license and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally

- Safely load, secure, and unload vehicles onto the tow truck

- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

- Perform basic vehicle inspections and minor repairs if needed

Experience:

- Commercial driving experience preferred

- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting

- Forklift operation experience is a plus

- Automotive repair skills are beneficial

- Strong customer service skills

- Clean abstract and criminal record
