About Us

Rescue Towing is a fast-paced, volume-driven towing company operating across Edmonton and surrounding areas. We receive daily dispatches through our internal office team and manage high-volume impound, private property, and patrol tows. No accident scene or breakdown towing. Drivers must be detail-oriented and consistent with photo documentation and daily log entries.

Responsibilities

Operate flat deck or wrecker tow truck for non-accident, non-breakdown vehicle recovery Respond to daily dispatches via app and Rescue's internal office team Load, secure, and transport vehicles safely using proper procedures Take clear photos of each tow for documentation and compliance Fill out daily tow logs accurately, including time, location, and vehicle details Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks Navigate efficiently within city limits and out-of-town routes
Requirements

Valid Class 5 (or higher) driver's license with clean abstract Experience with flat deck or wrecker operations preferred Familiarity with impound procedures and patrol towing is an asset Available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Able to use a smartphone or tablet for photos and app-based dispatch
