Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles to designated locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle various automotive situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to towing requests and roadside assistance calls. Safely operate tow trucks and other related equipment to transport vehicles. Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods based on individual situations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during stressful situations. Perform basic mechanical repairs or troubleshooting as needed on-site. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including vehicle details and incident reports. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle issues and perform minor repairs. Experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Proficient in automotive repair techniques and practices. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients in various situations. Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
