Job Summary

ProTow Towing & Recovery is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing timely roadside assistance. This role requires sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in every interaction.

Duties

Operate a flatbed tow truck safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized truck and represent the company professionally at all times. Respond promptly to dispatch calls and provide roadside assistance as required. Assess vehicle situations and determine appropriate towing and loading methods. Interact with customers in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Accurately complete service records, including vehicle condition and incident details. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (flatbed towing experience preferred) Willing and available to work 10 to 12 hour shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed Previous experience in towing or commercial driving is an asset Comfortable working with and around a variety of vehicles Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and securing vehicles safely
