Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks across Thunder Bay and surrounding areas Respond to dispatch calls for breakdowns, accidents, impounds, and scheduled transports. Perform basic diagnostics and assist with roadside troubleshooting Handle vehicle recovery and secure transport with care and precision Maintain accurate documentation for each tow and service call Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and law enforcement personnel during roadside assistance calls. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of vehicle condition, location, and time of service.

Requirements

Valid AZ or DZ driver's license (G class considered with experience) Tow Operator's Certificate is an asset -- willing to train the right candidate Strong mechanical aptitude: diagnostics, repairs, and general automotive knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.49-$33.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Work Location: In person
