Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and transporting vehicles safely to designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of both themselves and others on the road.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and vehicle towing. Operate tow trucks and other equipment safely and efficiently. Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing method. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of towing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Requirements
Valid driver's license. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Previous experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role is an asset. Must be able to work flexible hours, including shared nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A clean driving record with no major violations is required.
