We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. A motivating opportunity with

The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and strong customer service skills, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and professional assistance. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance in various situations. Everyone needs time away from work to reenergize and be with family and friends. We offer a shift rotation of

14 days on and 14 days off.

Duties

Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Receive and relay information to central dispatch Respond promptly to towing requests and provide roadside assistance as needed. Perform basic mechanical repairs (Fluid checks, tire changes, battery boosting, etc) on-site when necessary. Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle condition. Ensure the tow truck and equipment is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary equipment. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Documentation knowledge

HOS and Inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)

Requirements

Valid Class 5 with air endorsement is required. Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair. Employee should be available 24/7 while on shift. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Previous experience in towing or roadside assistance is a plus.
