Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Respond promptly to service calls, providing assistance to stranded motorists. Assess vehicle conditions and determine the appropriate towing methods. Maintain communication with dispatch regarding job status and any issues encountered. Perform basic mechanical repairs as needed to ensure safe towing operations. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of tow truck equipment and tools. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge, with experience in automotive repair preferred. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
