SSR Towing Toronto is the most professional and reliable towing company in the Greater Toronto Area. we are seeking to bring on-board an energetic, confident and reliable dispatcher who lives in the toronto downtown area.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties> Deal with customers and clients as required> Assign the jobs to the drivers and communicate it well> Coordinate with the clients to get the information needed> Prepare the paperwork for the tow truck drivers> Enter the information in our computer program> Answer to the needs of OperationsQualifications and Skills> Experienced dispatch in the automotive industry - preferably in road side assistance> Must have strong communication skills (fluent English)> Must be available to work on call and on schedule (flexible)> Must have some experience dealing with customers on the phoneBenefitsCompensationSalary is based on experience and qualifications.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40-50 per weekSalary: From $40,000.00 per yearSchedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- towing: 1 year (required)
