We are currently looking for Customer Service/Sales and Bicycle Rental Associate to work with us. As one of our team members, you will perform a variety of tasks, including -Welcome guests and provide outstanding hospitable experiences for the guests and walk-in customers - Process bike rentals - Fit customers to bikes and explain how their bikes work (training will be provided) - Listen attentively and give personal recommendations; - Coordinate bike tour preparation and administration (greeting customers, bike fitting, signing waiver documents) - Operate POS system and collect payment; ensure the smooth operation of customer check-outs at the cash register - Keep retail space and floor clean and tidy Requirements and qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French (other languages would be an asset) - Friendly, welcoming personality for all types of people - Team player with a positive attitude - Planning, organizational and tracking skills and attention to details - Previous sales/customer services experience and commitment to providing exceptional and high-quality service - Availability to work a variety of shifts: (Weekends, Days). - Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift bicycles. Training will be provided to successful candidates. Availability and Schedule: Our busiest times are weekends and holidays including long weekends. You may be required to work a varying work schedule in order to meet the needs of the business. This could include working on weekends especially long weekend. You will have weekdays off in lieu of working weekends. Job Type: Full-time, seasonal, part-time April or May start time
