Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
This is a Full Time and Seasonal position with the Agawa Canyon Tour Train
Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to recognize and respond to potential problems
Work efficiently and accurately
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while multitasking
Proficient with computers
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Patient, positive demeanour

Responsibilities

Prepare pre-departure safety checklist
Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for passengers
Greet passengers outside and line them up to general coach areas before train arrival
Assist passengers with boarding and use wheelchair lift if necessary
Make announcements
Interact with passengers
Senior Attendant makes welcome and pre-departure safety announcements then checks office to ensure all tickets are picked up
Walk through coaches helping seat passengers, arranging families together and/or moving if necessary to other coaches
Hand out souvenir magazines to all passengers and pass out any requested headsets for foreign languages
Circulate throughout coaches answering questions and chatting with passengers always in a friendly and respectful manner
