Nova Scotia was the home they didn\xe2\x80\x99t know they had. Our team should know that real service is providing something that can\xe2\x80\x99t be bought and they need to find joy in helping others. We think it\xe2\x80\x99s important that all our employees carry themselves with integrity and believe that when you know better you do better. And we believe deeply in rewarding employees who work hard and that our successes should all be shared. Drivers are the face of Alternative Routes, without them our passengers would be stranded ;)
