• Welcome visitors from around the world to sites of importance to our country;
• Provide outstanding customer service in both official languages;
• Deliver guided tours, school group activities and informal presentations;
• Receive training on our programs, interpretation techniques and customer service;

JOB REQUIREMENT

• We are looking for team members who are fully bilingual and demonstrate advanced oral communication skills in both English and French.
• Are reliable, flexible, dynamic and outgoing.
• Committed to working the full length of the season without extended absences

• Accueillir des visiteurs du monde entier sur des sites d\'importance pour notre pays;
• Offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le exceptionnel dans les deux langues officielles;
• Fournir des visites guid\xc3\xa9es, des activit\xc3\xa9s de groupes scolaires et des pr\xc3\xa9sentations informelles;
• Recevoir une formation sur nos programmes, techniques d\'interpr\xc3\xa9tation et service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le;

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

• Nous recherchons des membres d\'\xc3\xa9quipe enti\xc3\xa8rement bilingues et d\xc3\xa9montrant des comp\xc3\xa9tences avanc\xc3\xa9es en communication orale en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais.
