Iceberg Quest Ocean Tours has been offering iceberg, whale, seabird and coastal tours in Newfoundland for more than two decades. We are currently expanding our team. We are seeking organized and energetic individuals to showcase Newfoundland\'s incredible icons. Applicants should be comfortable interacting with the public, energetic and enthusiastic about working in tourism! Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing duties
- Meet & greet guests
- Promote tours
- Provide tour information
- Process ticket sales
- Assist with crowd control
- Assist with vessel readiness before and after tours Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or tourism related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of local area
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in spoken and written English Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30 per week Benefits:
