Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
Prepare detailed tour documents and provide participants with all necessary information.
Oversee on-site arrangements to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to promotional efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and local attractions to enhance offerings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tour coordination, travel agency, or related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Chines and English (additional languages a plus).
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes.
Computer literacy, including experience with travel software.
Passion for travel and a customer-oriented mindset.
