Global Cruises LLC, a Miami-based company that provides shore excursions for cruise lines worldwide, is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Tour Assistants to join our team in Charlottetown. As a Tour Assistant (Staff), you will accompany English-speaking groups of tourists through the city's most fascinating landmarks and attractions, ensuring they enjoy a memorable experience.

For this specific assignment, we are looking for

2 Tour Assistants (Staff) available for two days

on the following tours:

Selfie Tour - Celebrity Silhouette (8:30 a.m.)

1 staff with a logistical profile, ability to manage selfie sticks, and provide strong group control.

Charlottetown Essentials - City Tour (9:30 a.m.)

1 staff with a logistical profile and excellent group control skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the guide and the guests throughout the tour, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain full attention to passenger safety and security. Ensure group control is maintained, meaning no passenger strays from the group or gets confused with another group. Address any questions or concerns that may arise during the tour. Assist passengers with purchases or currency exchange as needed. Photo assistance for guests who request it. Help the group cross streets safely and navigate crowded areas. Support administrative tasks such as distributing and collecting waivers, pens, and other materials or documents.

Requirements:

Fluency and proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of Charlottetown's history, culture, and tourist attractions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills A passion for travel, culture, and people.
