We have been manufacturing high-end kitchen cabinets for over 50 years and our innovative and superbly designed products have placed us at the forefront of the North American Kitchen Cabinetry Industry. Our primary focus is customer and employee satisfaction.

We're currently looking for a Touch-Up Specialist to add to our growing team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the final quality and appearance of cabinetry products. This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and touching up cabinets to correct minor imperfections such as scratches, nicks, dents, and finish inconsistencies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and experience working with wood finishes, and stains.

Responsibilities:

Inspect finished cabinets for defects such as surface damage, color variation, or finish inconsistencies. Perform touch-ups and repairs using appropriate tools and materials (e.g., crayons, fillers, brushes, paints, etc.). Blend repairs seamlessly to match surrounding finishes and maintain product quality standards. Communicate with finishing and production teams to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Follow company health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements:

2 years of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, furniture repair, hardwood floor repair, or a similar finishing/touch-up role preferred. Strong attention to detail and color-matching skills. Familiarity with various finishing techniques, stains, and repair tools. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
