Requisition ID: 204382Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.PurposeThe primary purpose of the Total Wealth Planning Associate (MAT) is to provide Financial Planning Support to the Mobile Advice Team Investment Specialists (IS) nationally. Support will consist of Training of planning software, preparing, updating, revising and/or coaching a BluePrint Financial Plan, as well as responding to planning and system/navigational related questions.Key AccountabilitiesProvide financial planning support for the Mobile Advice Team IS by:

  • Answering inquires on financial planning associated questions and/or software support via the Blueprint Support phoneline, email and Salesforce Springboard
  • Assisting Blueprint users with plans they have created themselves - Co-create BluePrint Financial Plans with IS to full completion. Support includes reviewing/auditing/coaching Investment Specialists on BluePrint Financial Plans.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
Support the planning needs of Mobile Advice Team Advisors by:
  • Preparing plans submitted to the Central Planning Group
  • Inputting client data from documents submitted into the Blueprint software
  • Working with Advisors to create a Total Wealth Plan that addresses their clients\' immediate and future goals and objectives
  • Providing alternative scenarios or solutions to help clients meet their financial goals
  • Ensuring all plans assigned are accurate and completed in a timely manner pursuant to the Service Level Agreement
Provide ongoing training on the financial planning software for Mobile Advice Team Onboarding program:
  • Maintaining awareness and currency of the latest changes and enhancements that may affect planning techniques
  • Developing modeling strategies for the software to incorporate any changes/enhancement
Experience
  • Understanding of the financial planning process including investments, asset protection, retirement, risk management, estate planning and tax planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Financial planning software experience
Education
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a requirement
  • College or University degree
  • Working towards CFP designation
