, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our compensation programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with our values. You'll work alongside the People team, including payroll, and leadership, to support our compensation and total rewards programs through insightful data analysis, thoughtful compensation strategies, and clear benefits education. Summary of Key Responsibilities

:


Analyze market data to keep pay structures competitive and equitable. Support the review and upkeep of job evaluation, salary recommendations, and compensation resources. Support annual merit cycle and incentive programs. Research and recommend benefit program enhancements. Maintain HRIS compensation data, systems and reporting. Provide clear communication and training and education on compensation and benefits. Monitor legislation changes and adjust programs accordingly. Collaborate with leaders on new hire offers and pay change recommendations. Prepare and present total rewards reports for leadership Provide work permit and SIN expiry oversight, upkeep, reporting and analysis Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you'll bring to the role:




2-4 years' experience in compensation and benefits. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with HRIS systems (UKG UltiPro an asset). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Post secondary education in human resources, benefits, and/or compensation is an asset.

Travel Requirements:


This is a hybrid role with requirements to be on site and/or weekly travel to our Villages
