If so, we are looking for a Total Rewards Coordinator for a 12-month term to provide advice and support to managers, unions, employees, HR, Health Centre (HC) and external service providers regarding pay equity and/or benefits, pension, disability management and compensation administration as required. What will you be doing!



Coordinating Pay Equity meetings for the Total Rewards team and Pay Equity Committee. Attending Pay Equity Committee meetings to support facilitation, document decisions, takeaways and next steps for the Pay Equity project team. Maintaining the Pay Equity project plan and working with internal and external stakeholders to track and monitor project progress. Flagging issues to the Pay Equity project team and/or Total Rewards team as required to ensure adherence to timelines. Gathering and/or coordinating the gathering of necessary supporting information, including job descriptions and job information questionnaires (involves planning necessary steps, drafting employee communication, tracking required information, creating repositories of information). Ensuring that the required data for analysis is available by creating or reviewing existing reports and data fields; making recommendations to facilitate capturing data such as job classes, gender, etc.; and collaborating with appropriate stakeholders as required. Supporting the annual salary/merit increase and/or incentive plan cycles: auditing files, uploading or manually entering data, preparing payout files, and creating and distributing employee letters. Coordinating annual compensation survey participation, including reviewing benchmark roles, collecting compensation data, and preparing and submitting CNL data to survey providers. Conducting straightforward or routine analysis/reporting to support the execution of cyclical and/or regular compensation programs/plans/processes/policies, completion of compensation projects, and assisting HRBPs/other HR teams in effectively supporting their client groups or initiatives. Supporting the administration of disability leave processing for ITDI and long-term disability. Providing support to the Attendance Support Program by generating attendance calendars and employee leave reporting as required. Assisting in administering the bi-annual Benefits Open Enrolment and annual Benefits Renewal process, including communicating with employees. Coordinating Company-Wide Benefits Review Committee and CNL Pension Committee meetings for the Total Rewards Team and assisting with committee work as required. Other duties as assigned by your manager.

What we are looking for:



Education + University degree in human resources, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ A Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is an asset.
Experience + 3-5 years of experience in HR administrative/associate/analyst roles; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
+ Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
+ A high level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
+ Ability to operate as a team player with minimal supervision, self-directed and self-motivated.
+ Advanced computer applications skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & HRMS databases.
+ Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication (written and oral) skills.
+ High adaptability/flexibility; ability to cope with a changing environment.
+ Initiative to resolve problems and expedite resources, work plans or other appropriate action.
+ Ability to comprehend and relay information concisely and accurately, and works with minimum supervision in an environment requiring initiative and the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
+ Must be able to see the 'big picture', by having a solid understanding of how all the pieces fit together as changes apply not only to individual employees but to other systems and HR programs.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required + Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a

minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom
