What will your typical day look like?

The Regional Market Lead will serve as the face and \xe2\x80\x9cdriver\xe2\x80\x9d of the growth of the Greenhouse Experience program and brand. This involves sales pursuits, building relationships and designing and delivering interactive experiences. Our goal is to guide client executives and their teams through strategic conversations around messy, multi-faceted challenges, helping them achieve breakthrough insights. Additionally, the Regional Market Lead will provide guidance and recommendations on the operational structure and needs to ensure success.
The Regional Market Lead is someone who thrives on navigating complex adaptive circumstances from different teams and clients and excels at bringing people along the journey. This is a fast-paced role where you are juggling multiple projects in various phases of design and delivery.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Business Development and Regional Strategy
  • Develop the strategy for the regional Greenhouse Experience Program, including growth of the program in permanent, virtual and hybrid options.
  • Oversee the execution of the regional Greenhouse program marketing and business development plans and activities to ensure consistently with national plan objectives along with regional relevance.
  • Listen to clients and account teams to understand and support business development opportunities by participating in session scoping and development of the offering.
  • Build relationships with and serve as the primary contact in the region for firm leadership on business development opportunities that incorporate the Greenhouse experience program.
  • Identify and define value that\'s already being created, evolve our current revenue model(s), and continuously experiment with ways to create new value and generate revenue.
Facilitating Client Labs
  • Serve as a lead facilitator for key client sessions including the design, development, and delivery.
  • Architect an engagement approach that integrates the Greenhouse program across the firm.
  • Develop deep knowledge of lab offerings and design approaches that can be customized to client opportunity to deliver high-quality and consistent Greenhouse Experiences.
  • Work within the Canadian and Global facilitation network to apply the leading practices to experiences being delivered in the region.
  • Demonstrates commitment to continuously learning and exploring new methodologies and confident in collaborating with facilitation peers on the team.
Talent and Team Development
  • Lead a regional team consisting of experience designers, facilitators, operations leads, technologists and collaborate with national team members.
  • Encourages the development of the regional team through strong understanding of career and growth objectives across all team members.
  • Develop a culture that encourages clearer communication and promotes effective feedback across the team.
Networking and Ecosystem Building
  • Elevate and amplify the Greenhouse\'s reputation, influence, and leadership in the market regionally (and nationally) by building new networks, partnerships, and externally facing programs (e.g., roundtables, summits, councils, workshops, publishing, research reports).
  • Build eminence in the marketplace and enhance client relationships through the design and delivery of Greenhouse Experiences.
  • Represent the Greenhouse at regional leadership meetings (internal) and client relevant events and pursuits (external).
  • Allocate staffing resources to maximize efficiency and support work-life balance.

We are looking for motivated, organized, and creative team members with a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You are someone with:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of managing a team and business processes. Experience in a professional services firm or consulting capacity is an asset.
  • Minimum of 6+ years in a role where facilitation was essential. Strong proficiency in facilitation techniques that embody a human-centered and experience-driven approach to design.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. We work with a wide range of stakeholders with diversified knowledge and at varying levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding storytelling, negotiation and persuasion skills demonstrating the ability to convert opportunities to engagements.
  • Strong alignment with values around diversity, equity & inclusion, and demonstrated ability to build relationships across difference.
  • Strong business accumen and experience working at the executive level.
  • Proven proficiency with technology including online collaboration tools (Zoom, Klaxoon, Miro, PollEverywhere) and desire to learn how to use new technological tools. We work in a highly tech-enabled environment so fluency with technology is essential.
  • Innovation, strategy development and execution, and strong business acumen are considered an asset.
  • The ability to lift and move 25 lbs.
