BRIEF DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competent and dependable Sewer and Water topman/labourer. The successful candidate will receive extensive hands-on training and mentorship from our dynamic team. Individuals will also be given the opportunity to learn how to operate Heavy Equipment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities/Duties:

Basic understanding of PVC pipe installation and joint sealing with glue. Assist with setup and cleanup of construction sites The ability to understanding and reading underground plans and specifications would be an asset. Capability to hand-digging and grading trenches. Operate cutting equipment to cut various types of piping materials as directed. Operate small-powered equipment and hand tools Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications:

Minimum one (1) year of laborer experience Strong work ethic and dependable Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather Ability to work long and unpredictable hours Possess a positive attitude and team player Ability to communicate effectively with crew members Valid Class 5 Drivers License

REQUIREMENT OF EMPLOYMENT:

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Must possess a valid Class 5 Drivers license
