The Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished, career-oriented server with proven fine dining experience to join our esteemed service team. This is not an entry-level position; it is for a hospitality professional who excels in a dynamic, high-standard environment and shares our passion for Italian gastronomy and wine.

Who You Are:

You are a seasoned server with a minimum of

3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining environments

. You possess an expert-level knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, and you take genuine pride in delivering seamless, anticipatory service. You are meticulous, emotionally intelligent, and a collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Artistry & Knowledge:

Demonstrate masterful knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and wine service protocols. Execute full dining room service sequencing with precision, from the initial greeting to the final farewell. Confidently guide guests through our award-winning wine list and recommend pairings that elevate their experience. Perform impeccable tableside techniques, including crumbing, decanting, and finishing.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain complete command of our POS and reservation systems (experience with OpenTable & SevenShifts is an asset). Manage a 5-7 table section during peak service with grace, efficiency, and acute attention to timing. Uphold the highest standards of table maintenance and dining room cleanliness. Adhere strictly to all dietary restriction and allergy protocols with utmost care.

Professional Attributes:

Impeccable personal presentation and grooming, consistent with a fine dining establishment. Command of professional service language, etiquette, and a polished tableside manner. The emotional intelligence to read guest cues and adapt service style accordingly. A team-oriented mindset, seamlessly supporting colleagues to ensure a unified guest experience.
