Responsibilities

Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to adhere to health and safety standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and processing payments. Foster a friendly environment by effectively communicating with clients and team members. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Skills

Strong background in hair styling with a focus on precision and creativity. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Effective communication skills to clearly convey ideas and recommendations. Experience in retail sales, particularly in upselling products or services. Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Pay: $16.75-$38.95 per hour
