Job Summary

We are seeking an entry level Tool Logistics Technician to join our Sylvan Lake facility team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of tools to our sales, rental and repair operations. Your attention to detail in distribution and materials handling will ensure the smooth flow of tools from receiving to shipping. Applicant should be able to communicate effectively and will be provided with in-house training on processes/procedures related to dressing tools, related documents, making system updates and performing in-coming/out-going inspections.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming tools Organize and store tools efficiently within the warehouse Follow staging work instructions to pack and prepare tools for outbound shipments . Work well together with various departments to fulfill sales/rentals and repair orders Maintain stock/department supplies to complete tasks Ability to use hand tools Lifting ability of 10 - 100 pounds Effectively communicate to Quality Control team if any issues arise Update and make data entries in the company tool tracking systems Maintain a clean, safe working environment by following Company safety and work practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse distribution or material handling environments Strong mechanical knowledge related to tool handling Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Computer experience in Microsoft Office Programs and Excel would be an asset Organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
