Summary

We are seeking a Tool & Equipment Rental Coordinator to join us at TNT Tool Rental & Safety. This role is vital in ensuring our clients have access to the right equipment for their projects while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. This frontline role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical interest, and a desire to grow into a leadership position within our rental operations.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting appropriate equipment for their needs. Provide basic instruction on equipment use and safety Process rental agreements and payments accurately Inspect and maintain tools upon return Maintain accurate records of equipment rentals, returns, and inventory levels. Ensure timely check-in/check-out of construction tools and gear Track inventory and help coordinate deliveries or repairs Learn daily operations with a goal of moving into a management role

Requirements

Friendly and customer-focused Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Organized, reliable, and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment (50+ lbs) and staying active throughout the day Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Experience in construction, retail, or rentals is an asset Valid driver's license is required; WHMIS training is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43 - 48 per week
