Job Description



Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for directing and controlling all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, reservations, recruitment, training, inventory management, accuracy of daily transactions, cash control, in-store merchandising, and staff development and motivation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and promote the establishment.*
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge in line with company*
standards.*
Recruit, onboard, train, develop, motivate, and manage staff.*
Assist the General Manager with scheduling and daily team management.*
Support overall store operations, including transaction accuracy, inventory control, and store*
upkeep.*
Serve as the acting senior manager in the absence of the General Manager.*
This position will start as a combination of managing, with some serving or bartending.

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Salary & Bonus : $54,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

including

monthly performance bonus. This does

NOT

include any additional gratuities that could collected during serving or bartending shifts. Those will be supplemental to the above compensation.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a diverse team Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management role

Pay: $54,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
