Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Toddler Staff to join our team in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the development of toddlers through engaging activities and individualized care. This role involves working closely with children, their families, and other staff members to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Duties

Supervise and engage with toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns. Assist in managing classroom dynamics, including addressing behavioral issues with patience and understanding.

Experience

Previous classroom experience is preferred, particularly in early childhood education settings. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. A background in teaching or caregiving for children is highly desirable. Familiarity with developmental milestones for toddlers is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, families, and colleagues.
