Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire/Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tire installation, balance and basic auto maintenance, with hands-on experience in tire services and oil changes. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Duties

Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs and services. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and services performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in sales by recommending additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance. Handle heavy lifting as required during tire service or other maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong tire machine and balance machine knowledge. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire service, and alignment. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive service tasks. Experience as a service technician is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service operations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills in the automotive field.
