Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Tire Technician is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of tires for our fleet of Trucks and Trailers. The Tire Technician works with safety at the forefront of any decision, and is committed to providing excellent service to our fleet of Professional Drivers.


Key Responsibilities include:




Perform all tire repairs, including mounts and dismounts. Assist in monitoring inventory of tires within the Tire Shop Complete accurate and clear work orders, ensuring that all repair history is recorded. Maintain tire equipment, ensuring that it is in safe working order, as well report any known deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor. Perform minor shop maintenance as required.

Qualifications & Competencies:




Physical ability to lift and maneuver approximately 100 lbs. Physical ability to bend, crouch, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work in extreme temperatures. Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize daily responsibilities. Strong customer service focus. Excellent commitment to workplace safety. Prior experience working in a tire shop is considered an asset.
