Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance and repair. Assist in sales by recommending tire products based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Engage in regular maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and tire technology. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
