Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles. Perform tire repairs and maintenance as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Assist with sales of tire products and services to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Lift heavy tires and equipment as required during installations or repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Skills

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to tire installation and repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sales techniques related to automotive products is a plus.
