We have a long term position available for a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team in Vernon BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. We are a small team with big ambitions, focused on the aggressive growth of Kors Tire.

Duties

Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper tread depth Perform tire mounting and balancing as needed Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services and addressing customer questions if needed Conduct safety checks on tires and related components before installation or repair Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe working environment Upsell tire-related products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience not required. Full training provided. Strong speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 70 pounds) as required during tire installation or removal Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail Valid driver's license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
