Tire Technician - Mobile Service Crew

Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, go-getter Tire Technician to join our mobile service team. If you're all about cars, don't mind getting a little dirty, and love working independently (but still being part of a solid crew), this gig's for you.
You'll be rolling out to clients, swapping tires, fixing flats, and making sure their ride is safe and smooth--all from wherever they are (home, office, roadside, you name it). Tech skills, people skills, and good vibes are a must.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pull up, gear up, and change/install tires

on-site

at client locations (home, work, etc.) Rotate, repair, and balance tires like a boss Inspect tire wear, pressure, and overall condition - safety first, always Help customers understand what they need (and don't) in a chill, non-pushy way Keep your mobile setup clean, organized, and ready to roll Occasionally assist in recommending or selling tires + related products Work with your crew to hit service goals and keep clients happy Handle tires and tools like a pro - lifting required (we're talking up to 50lbs)
What You Bring:

Solid mechanical skills and a basic understanding of automotive systems Experience with tire tools + gear (we'll train you up if you're motivated) Friendly, confident communication - you're the face of our mobile crew Must be cool with heavy lifting and working outdoors Prior experience in automotive or dealership settings? Big plus Strong work ethic, good vibes, and a safety-first mindset
