Position Overview:

CFT Recycling is looking for an experienced, licensed

Tire Technicians

to join our high-performance team. This is not an entry-level role -- we're seeking a professional who knows their craft and takes pride in keeping heavy-duty fleets running strong. If you're certified to work on commercial tires in Ontario and want to be part of a team that values skill, reliability, and hustle, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Derim tires efficiently and safely as part of daily tire processing operations.. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Report any mechanical or safety concerns to management promptly.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience working with heavy-duty and industrial tires. Valid Ontario Tire Certification (

CVWS Certificate

) is considered a strong asset. Strong understanding of tire sizes, pressures, and replacement cycles. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship. Physically capable of lifting

50+ lbs

and working in demanding environments. Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail.
