Tire Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess As a Tire Tech experience, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, rotations, and repairs while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires both technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their tire needs.

Duties

Install, balance, and repair tires on various vehicles. Conduct tire rotations and alignments as needed. Perform maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure safety and performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in tire service operations. Assist customers in selecting the right tires based on their vehicle specifications and driving needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Skills

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire service tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job. Excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction. Sales experience is a plus, as you may assist customers in selecting products.
