Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various vehicles Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tire maintenance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products as needed Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks

Qualifications

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire handling Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to tire services
