As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Install, balance, and repair tires on various vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on tires to identify wear and potential issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Assist customers with tire selection based on their needs, providing knowledgeable recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Handle heavy lifting as required when managing tires and equipment.

Skills

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common tire issues. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday. Experience in automotive repair is a plus, enhancing overall service quality. Familiarity with maintenance practices related to tire care and vehicle performance. Sales skills are beneficial for assisting customers in making informed decisions regarding their tire needs.
