We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, specifically in tire maintenance and installation. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently with both hand and power tools. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality tire services.

Responsibilities



Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs on various vehicles. Maintain accurate records of services performed on customer vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Engage in sales activities by recommending additional services or products as needed.

Requirements



Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire maintenance and automotive systems. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required.
