Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on tire services. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, alignments, and other vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling Execute oil changes and other routine maintenance services Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Diagnose automotive issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Assist with heavy lifting of tires and equipment as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Experience as a service technician is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties Sales experience is beneficial for upselling services to customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
