Job Summary

We are a growing tire retail and installation business with over 90 years of combined experience in tire sales. We operate a well-equipped tire installation shop and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to every customer. We are seeking an experienced Tire Shop Foreman to supervise our installation team (4 tire technicians), ensure high standards of work, and act as the communication bridge between technicians, the front desk, and management.

Duties

Supervise and guide 4 tire technicians in installation tasks Monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and safety Communicate effectively between technicians, front desk, and owner Train staff on best practices and equipment use Resolve technical issues and customer concerns quickly Maintain shop cleanliness and compliance with safety standards qualifications 3-5 years automotive/tire shop experience Previous supervisory experience preferred Strong technical tire installation knowledge Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
